We are a commercial real estate developer. Our plan is to aquire ground and take it through the zoning process. As we move throught he process we will devise a development plan based on need and usage required. Our plan in most developments would be to construct an upper end retail center as an anchor. We would retain ownership of the retail center until build out of development or as needed.
