Harry & Oliver's is a lifestyle brand focusing on the haircutting industry. It targets the 18-24 male/female demographic. The industry has no major players and lacks a trend right brand. I need to raise a total of $500k to develop a scalable concept that can be grown organically or franchised. I can see this going one of two ways. I develop an organization that creates and operates lifestyle brands focusing on the haircutting industry. I can apply the H&O model to 3 or 4 different demographics, all creating new concepts.
