We are an real estate investment company in the Metro Detroit Area. Due to the current economic conditions, We have decided to ramp up our existing operations. We not only represent ourselves, but we also have several investors in and out of the area that we help find, rehab, rent out, and sell properties to.
We have a great marketing strategy that attracts potential buyers and have properties sold to an end- buyer within 30-90 days of purchase of property. We purchase properties 30-50% below FMV. Every loan package we submit will be prepared and organized to make life easier for us all.
We have set a goal to buy and immediately sell 100 properties within the next 12 to 18 months. Some of these properties we will buy and hold myself, but most of them we will sell to the type of investors we mentioned above
