A business plan is in place and is intended to raise capital in the amount of $1,500,000 from one or multiple investors. The plan has already been approved for $1,175,000 from the SBA. The remaining investment opportunities are now at $325,000. An exit strategy tailored to each individual investor can be arranged depending upon the level of involvement and investment the investor is willing to put forth.
This concept incorporates many new technological ideas that have just recently become available. Chill-Rite draft beer systems, Shock-A-Vodka, Bev Dok, Frost Rails, Beer Tables, Spulboy, Smart Bar, Turbo Taps & Beer Walls are a few examples outlined in the business plan. The restaurant will brew its' own variety of brews using the completely automated smart brew system. There are also future plans to introduce a unique, completely automated ordering system for a full service restaurant. This system is currently in the design stage and it will be a tablet based with an android platform. It gives patrons the benefit of ordering food and beverages right from their own table. It will also feature descriptions, pictures, and specials. It can be updated on the fly via use of a central office computer that will send updates to all tablets instantly. It will feature entertainment options as well. These options will allow users to pick music from the jukebox without getting up from their seat, play games, browse restricted internet (i.e. social media, sport pages, etc.) or simply just watch television. The smart brew system and ordering system will be fully integrated. This technology venture will be property of a yet to be determined separate LLC and will add a second income stream to the parties involved
This venture carries very little risk as the managing partners have covered every aspect that will make this a successful investment. First, locally owned and operated Restaurant Rehab will be contracted to help design and implement fail safe strategies to give the managing partners and the restaurant the tools that it needs to be successful. Restaurant Rehab has helped establishments such as The Cheesecake Factory, Sullivan’s Steakhouse, RA Sushi, Zio’s Italian Kitchen, The Bristol, and Margarita’s Mexican Restaurants. Second, managing partners with our experience level of over 30 years have a success rate of 85% whereas owner/operators with no experience have a 20% success rate. With these two strategies implemented, the success rate jumps to 95%.
