Our company is in the idea/creation stage and will become a business entity within in the next 3-6 months. The company will concentrate on an idea centered on self-serve ticketing for specific events. In the first phase, we will focus on events that are small and specific - user driven, specific events that occur more frequently than larger events. In the second stage, we will move successfully into other areas of self-serve ticketing focusing on specific venues and specific companies. In the initial funding request we are seeking $1.5M-2M to begin operations and get the entity off the ground. We feel this funding request will allow operations for a minimum of 3 years thus giving appropriate time to create, establish, market, and sell our concept. All of the appropriate business plans and associated information are currently being developed/finalized along with the initial website.
