TriCap Ventures is a firm which deals high asset opportunities throughout the United States and Latin America. Recently, we have invested a large amount of time in Latin America, specifically the country of Ecuador.
We currently have numerous opportunities in the following areas that we require funding for:
Real-estate Development:
- Ecuador has a 1M home deficit and we are working directly with the Government of Guayaquil and have prepared a 6000 home development plan which can yield roughly 62M in profits over 18 months.
- We currently have a low investment opportunity that requires 750K of capital which is guaranteed by land worth over 3M, payback of 750K over 4 months and retained equity in project which will yield over 1M in profit in 18 Months.
Energy:
- Ecuador currently has a 10 Year energy deficit and the government is guaranteeing PPA Purchasing contracts to most renewable energy projects. We currently represent one such project which has all government approvals and permits in place and requires funding to proceed. We have dealt direct with the Minister of Energy and Mines and the government officials to secure the success of this project.
Precious Metals:
- Simply put, TriCap Ventures is in a position to deliver Gold from Ecuador to Dubai and the ports of New York adn new Jersey at a discounted rate. We have set up the proper legal and logistical structure to guarantee safe delivery to New York and Dubai ports.
