Description:
We are wanting to open an Emergency Shelter for children ages 0-17 in our community and have it Christian based. We have 12 years of foster parenting skills, dealing with very difficult children. We would like to start up our facility as soon as possible, but need funds to get facility ready and have funds available to pay staff and administrator. If you can help us, please let us know. God Bless You.
In Christ,
Rex & Paula Rice
