Description:
Seeking Angel funding to purchase and develop a Historic farm for a Christian retreat, family resource center and museum in beautiful south central Pennsylvania. Historic farm is available with several houses and barns that have already been upgraded and would need little physical work to make this a reality. One hour from Philadelphia, Baltimore, Harrisburg and two hours from Washington, DC this is a perfect location and setting for such a retreat.
Our business plan shows a 5-7 year return on investment that makes this a worthwhile project and a valuable asset to the community and many families it will serve.
With our over 30 years experience in Management, Sales and Marketing, we feel that, with the right investors, we can make this project very sucessful.
