Fix-n-Flip single family homes.
The idea is to buy them cheap, renovate, & sell them to make a good profit of $40k and up.
I personally am in need of a new career. I also need 100% fincancing of purchase and renovation costs. I have no money or assets, which is another reason I want to start this. I'm 100% positive I can do this for many reasons.
My 20 yr Navy career entailed aviation maintenance management, 'project managemen't in civilian terms(this includes budgeting/analyst). I also have PMI Proj. Mngmt cert. & almost done with masters in IT mngmt (but really want to change careers, I would be much happier & excited to renovate mainly due to my artistic and 'fixer' side/talent; & the thrill of accomplishing a renovation providing affordable housing. My dream career.) My area, military are moving in & out all the time & need move-in-ready affordable homes immediately-prospective buyers.
I already have many reputable contractors & seen their work 1st hand. I know how to find materials cheap/quick. I also learned a bunch about home repair through my life.
I just can't find proper investor(s) & can't get a loan. Please help me prove this by investing in my 1st renovation success.
