Description: Most valuable thing we all need is water. My family has been in the Grantsville, UT area for over 200 years developing and running Black Angus cattle. I began in 1991 and since have developed 807 acres of land that includes city parks/recreations and roads. I have converted over 700 acre feet of water rights to public culinary use. What makes this land so attractive and valuable? 1.) is the water. The water is the most valuable because communities and farmers cannot live and expand without it. Grantsville is a growing community. 2.)is the industrial and manufactory growth in the area. Wall-Mart distribution facility, Kennecott Minerals Company: one of the largest gold and mineral mine in the world, Procter & Gamble will be starting Phase I. construction on a $300 million manufacturing facility to be operational by 2010, Battelle: This is a global science and technology enterprise that develops and commercializes technology. These are just a few of the industrial service and production companies that are in the area. 3.) Besides greater job growth, there is recreational (hiking and skiing) as well as, entertainment. Larry Miller, the owner of the Utah Jazz has spent over $90 million building Miller Motorsports Park. It is the finest motor racing school and motorsports facility in North America. Adjacent to Miller Motorway, Mr. Miller is going to build a commercial retail and restaurant facility. The land is slightly up on a mountain overlooking the Motorsports complex and the Great Salt Lake. What I need and would like to have is a JV partner to develop residential community with a golf course. I have the recipe for a great planed community with golf course spread over 476 acres valued at $7million and over 310 shares of water valued at $6million. There are many avenues to take to make this happen. Please call [send me a message] for more information. Thank you, Alan Johnson
