Description:
Papa Christian's is an Irish Pub and Sports Bar that would be located in the fast growing city of Fountain, Colorado. The owners are Fountain Natives whose families have been in the area for more than a century.
The Fountain community is growing rapidly with very few options for the residence as far as restaurants and entertainment. Most of the residence in Fountain, Colorado commute to Colorado Springs for these services. Papa Christian’s would be the perfect opportunity to capture the local’s needs for family dining, crazed sport fans and socializing. The Fountain Community does not offer this service currently, which mean very little competition and an potential for huge growth in the first year.
Family owned, with a great reputation and lots of history in the community wi
