I want to start wholesale and direct sale with a special product that untill now, I buy from a general Importer for Europe. Now I want to find my own producer abroad, create my own corporate identity and make my own PR and marketing. Therefor I am looking for aproximately 370.000 € venture capital. This includes also Design of corporate identity, complete marketing and PR, consultant (advisory assistant) lawyer and needed contracts for at least one year.
A second Idea would be to start real big with 2 other Investors I have already spoken with them (URL removed)y suggested, each one of us brings in 1 Mio. € venture capital. So, in this case I would be looking for 1 Mio. € if you were interested.
The company form is still selectabel. Like GBR or GmbH or the big investigation maybe an Inc. (or AG)
Untill now I was testing the product on myselfe and other people, and we are all very satisfied and it helped almost everyone of us (99%). It is just a vegetable (specially processed and 100% natural) and helps especially by DIABETES (in Germany we have at least 10 MIllion persons with diabetes) , high bloodpressure, Herpes simplex and many other problems.
