The Company
Founded in the spring of 2019 to integrate the benefits of an all in one “executive” women’s only DAY SPA, in the Porter county region of Northwest Indiana.

The Management
At present Better Wellness & Health LLC (BWH, LLC) is seeking to hire qualified people from various military and civilian backgrounds. With various positions yet to be filled, the hiring situation is fluid. Currently, BWH, LLC is managed solely by its owner - CEO, CFO and Presidential duties rest in one entity. In the near future applicants will begin filling in these vital areas as BWH, LLC is able to ensure applicants gainful employment. Once funding is in place a board of directors will be selected from qualified individuals who have sought interest in this endeavor. There are no silent partners and the only way select partners would be able to influence the decision making process is if they were financially invested in this venture.
The Goals and Objectives
1st) BWH, LLC's primary goal is to become a provider of good health through stress reduction, weight management and overall mental wellness for our consumer base.
2nd) In the next four months BWH, LLC’s short term goal is to identify the property needed for housing such an enterprise. With numerous commercial properties readily available in the current real estate market, selecting one that includes adequate parking to accommodate up to one hundred patrons is attainable.
3rd) During the next two years, one of BWH, LLC’s long term goals is to enter into the Physical Therapy & Physical Rehab Medicine industry by employing qualified professionals to provide prescribed medical treatment. We will offer a specialized brand of comfort and service to our patrons in an all-inclusive, private wellness resort atmosphere.
4th) BWH, LLC's goal is to build a business that will incorporate all the services that promote well-being under one roof. The Wellness industry is a multi-billion dollar entity and women are the single driving force that keep nail salons, tanning shops, waxing salons, massage centers, yoga parlors and more of their share of coffee houses flourishing. It is our plan to consolidate these industries in a clean, secure, friendly location, staffed by women for women.
5th) BWH, LLC will be EOE compliant.
6th) BWH, LLC’s primary long term plan is to be the first NAPA Valley inspired “Winery of physical restoration” where selected Eastern practices coincide with personal grooming and daily well-being.
No Money Up Front Generally, investors will not ask for money up front, and they will not ask you to wire it to them. If you ever have questions or concerns ask the investor. If the investor is unwilling to answer to your satisfaction, then move cautiously before entering into an agreement.
