Originatic is currently seeking early-stage investments for its first round of financing to support the product launch. Presently, Originatic has a total of six stock holders. Stock will be granted to investors at 1% per $10,000. The minimum level of investment is $20,000. The first round will be consummated when $100,000 is raised.
