I am an investor and developer in the residential/ commercial area, I have rehabbed and flipped properties for years and now I want to help veterans get back into the workforce. I have put together a program using certified veterans in the carpentry, electrical and plumbing fields to train and assist fellow veterans to have on hand training and be certified in these areas as we build the metropolitan area house by house building by building, as a disabled veteran I have access to a various programs to assist the building of this program. I have used my own funds but the program is taking off and expanding faster than I can keep up, I am currently looking for funding in the 200k margin with terms that we can agree upon for repayment. I love what I am doing and would like to continue helping the veterans and help revitalize the city.
