Its called Novelties Inc. Its like a flee market in a old very large kroger store its very clean and i just need some funds to build booth Im already approve for the building leasing it for a year,which it will open the second week of july with a 100 people renting from me on a contract for 60.00 a week and can get at least 30, more but with 100 people thats 24000.00 a month IM also renting space out side the building witch can be another 100 people but these people are not on a contract so it would vary. My rent is 8000.00 a month leaving me with 16000 a month not counting the outside people so im asking for 15000 (URL removed) im willing to pay back 30,000 at 5000 a month for 6 month starting on the first of Sept2008 through February 2009.
