LateNightShots is an invite-only social network focused on city nightlife. The site is currently only open in Washington DC, where it has 3,500 members. In July it will open up in New York, Los Angeles, Baltimore, Atlanta and Charlotte, and will open in Chapel Hill, NC, Charlottesville, VA, Tuscaloosa, AL and Athens, GA in late August.
It was the subject of a recent story in Washingtonian Magazine and has been covered extensively in the DC blogosphere. LateNightShots is a niche social network which will have a large selection of advertisers once it gets the requisite number of members. Bars, party promoters and restaurants will no doubt be very interested in advertising due to the site's narrow focus.
