Description:
We are a light commercial/residential builder in S.E. Michigan. We currently have contracts through next summer for new houses. Our difficulty began with a non-paying cash customer. After taking 3 years to sell our last spec house (-$50K) and a non paying customer (-$30K) we are in need of cash flow.
