Description:
I want to take abandoned houses and properties and turn them into beautiful places for people to live. Foreclosures, tax properties, there are places like this in every city. And just think of the difference it would make on America if all these places were cleaned up... Not to mention the help it would give the economy and the profit that could be made doing it! Just the other day I was looking at a house in a nice neighborhood tha t needed to just a little TLC... This house was saling for $45,000, and the houses around it (that weren't as big or as nice a lot...) were saling for $120.000 to $350.000... Now think about that!!! I have the know how , I have the area, I have the people ready to fix them I just need the $$$$ to make it all happen!!! So if there is anyone out their with the notion to make your $$$ grow!!!! Join with me to make a difference!
