Description:
Great, growing university town, in the heart of the state, with opportunity for niche tourist and local accommodations. Purchase of the 1892 Founders' Mansion as locale for small event center and classy, upscale inn. Tandem with the numerous wineries and sports entertainment of the area, this could be a phenominal hit location for planned getaway weekends, special small event gatherings, and business people. Need a financing affliate to launch this project, which already has city review, approval, and architectural redesign accomplished. Ready to renovate and begin business. Call if you would like to review the business plan or discuss this small business venture. (I have a strong background in sales/marketing, also have personally run a large B & B operation in Seattle, Wa as foundation of experience to operate this venture.)
