Description:
My Personal Image is in the startup phase. We are currently looking for financing assistance to obtain property and equipment. We are currently looking to purchase a 10,000 sqft property that is build to suit in the SW Gainesville area. Puchasing the property will be much more cost effective and provide the ability to lease a section of the building to help in covering cost and repayment. The initial ROI figures with lease and forecast revenues is very good.
Marketing research indicates that the demographic within a 3 mile radius is good and growing with a 2100 unit housing development under construction within 2 miles of the proposed site.
