Description: I am looking to build a club in Port Saint Lucie. Yes, I said club not a bar. There are all these new places opening and they are not as good as they can be. Much business is being lost to West Palm, Miami, Orlando and other places. Lets keep these 18-25 year olds here. They spend all their money and paychecks in West Palm. Lets keep the money here in Port Saint Lucie. I want a huge space renovated with lights top-notch sound system, stage, dk area, VIP area, and huge dance floor. I am thinking around 500k to start for renovations, Liquor liscense, and all inventory. Lets get this moving and make some money. Honetly I think we can make over a Million a year consistently very easily. The teens are there. The adults are there. The biker's are there. Lets get this ball rolling.
