we own a small massage day spa it is currently in a mall, which this mall is a dying mall and our lease is up May 31. At that time we would like to move. We have found a building, but it will require extensive renovations before it can be occupied as a day spa. Also we are in the process of merging with another company to provide a one stop shop for all your health and beauty needs. We will be offering massage, body wraps, facials, manicures, pedicures, nails, hair and make up fop our clients in the York, PA area. This new location has a traffic count of about 18,000 to 20,000 cars a day go by our building. In the York area there are according to cencus data 287,000 25 to 65 year olds, they have a medium income of $57,000, if just 3% of them were to vist our spa and spend an average of $60.00 that would be almost 600K worth of business.
