Description: I'm investing into restoring and flipping single family housing and up to four apartments units. I will be working with bank owned properties, foreclosure homes and other properties with problems (divorce, estates, bankruptcy etc). I locate the properties look at the property and valuate the repairs and then make an offer on the property. If the numbers don't work out that I have set for my company to restore the properties or we receive refusal on the amount offered for the property I will move on to the next property. I'm going to flip at the minim of 5 houses a month or more. I will be working in other states other than my own. I will purchase insurance on each property under a umbrella to protect each investment we purchase while it is under construction thru till property is sold. I have talked to a real-estate attorney and account to have them on board as we work thru each property.
