We are looking for investment to fund the first. Twin Cedars Lodge, a resort/sportsman’s style Hunting/outdoorsmans educational retreat lodge, which will raise whitetail deer for sport hunting and for the most popular Horn industry for horn crafts, lamps, etc. and we also plan to raise large herd of Black angus cattle for beef. We will offer the popular whitetail deer hunting, quail, pheasant and duck hunting as well as bass ,crappie and bluegill fishing , golf, relaxing by the pool and the outdoors. We will have 1800-2500 high fenced acres, and will offer horsemanship, horse riding stables, horse training, overnight trail rides, and historical cattle drives like the western days, with enjoyable country campfire nights. Our horses will be horses that are rescued from local equine rescue shelters, and trained on site to live a great life as a Twin Cedars lodge horseback riding horse.
We plan to offer many different adventure packages, to many different areas. Example:
We will allow trophy hunters, such as professional sportsman, (race car drivers, golfers, sportsman, attorneys, doctors, etc) We also will offer General sportsman’s hunting packages, to typical hunters, We will offer a military package. That will allow active and service veterans/ wounded warriors and families of fallen veterans a place to visit to hunt , fish, trail ride,etc.
We also will offer disabled vets a package that brings them to the Cedars Lodge to enjoy the outdoors. We will also offer packages to children that are in foster homes, disabled children, and children that are in medical situations that need to be able to enjoy the outdoors, and learn the outdoors way of life. Kids and adults that have never had the chance/ opportunity to go hunting, go fishing, ride a horse, camp overnight, or just enjoy the outdoors , will learn all there is to know about the outdoors at Twin Cedars Lodge .
We will teach camping skills, outdoor adventures, survival skills, craftsmanship projects, such as building wood duck boxes, to setting fence posts, building projects, camp fires, horsemanship,boating skills, hunting skills, fishing, swimming , we know in today’s schools that certain things are not taught in school, and at Twin Cedars Lodge, people will come to the Cedars to learn common outsdoors experiences and adventures.
The lodge will consist of 1800-2500 acres. Twin lakes to provide boating and fishing , a private golf course , horse stables And a 10,000 sq ft lodge, out buildings and equipment/. Investment needed is US $14M and assure you it will be excellent investment. I have Over 40yrs exp in this field And it is very much a needed business Everyone who visits Twin Cedars lodge will learn all aspects of outdoors life and survival skills, We will have summer programs avail, teaching adults and children everything they can learn about the outdoors, from fishing, hunting, cooking skills, game cleaning skills, horsemanship, cattle farming, farming, craftsmanship Basically everything life offers in the outdoor world,and not taught in a classroom.
