BSI is a trucking company with 6 trucks specializing in flatbed operations. We want to grow to 8 trucks and we want to convert our fleet to new leased trucks under a full service program.
While we do haul in all 48 contiguous states, our main area is the east coast with frequent trips out to Ohio.
We have 3 major customers and 15-20 smaller customers. We get excellent per mile revenues, fuel surcharges and accessorial charges. We have a great team of drivers and a President that has over 20 years of experience in the industry.
We are getting killed by repair costs. Our fleet is getting old. We have a solution, but we need cash flow and funding.
