We have what used to be a Vaudville theater built as a dry goods store in 1889. It was converted to a theater in 1909 and a movie theater in 1939. We have alot of renovation work and construction. I have been doing the work myself at a slow pace.
I would like to find investors who are interested or experienced with entertainment. Our theater is in the town of Orleans and located within 15 miles of French Lick, Indiana; where a new 360 million dollar casino and resort development has just opened. Orleans is a gateway to French lick for anyone arriving from Indianapolis,Chicago or northen cities.
Our traffic count has increased to 470,000 a week driving by our corner. There is no plan to bypass orleans for at least 15 years.
