A new Transportation Business. I have 30+ years in the Industry. The Transportation industry has never saw net profit revenue as it is now. It is a perfect time to start a Trucking Company as the Supply Chain shortage and Truck Driver Shortage added to the dilemma. I have heard some of the trucking industry insiders are predicting the rates will most likely go up over the next 1.5 to 2 years. I have talked to shippers and have been asked to bid on shipping lanes they have that they cannot get covered.
Within 1 to 1.5 years i have plans to open a truck brokerage/ dispatch service and offer lease packages to owner/operators, fleet owners who have their own trucksto lease their truck running the company authority for a percentage. Included in the lease package will be use of the Dispatch service as an incentive to lease on.
