We are determined to start a healthcare facility focusing on the elderly. We are able to secure licensing in the Sacramento area and build the necessary structures or even remodel an existing building. This service can be done in house keeping construction cost at a minimum,as some of the operating founders are developers as well as having an interest in serving the elderly. The desired facility should house at least 20 residents with an additional 5-8 beds for assisted care (assisted care care can bring $9- $15k per bed monthly with approx. only a 25% expence for overhead). This facility will have a recuring monthly income for investors as soon as the facility is opened.
