The Stronghold CrossFit & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a family-owned business located in the Point Loma community of San Diego, Ca. Our mission and purpose is to serve our community through top-notch health and fitness programs, competition proven martial arts instruction, as well as philanthropic involvement with local causes and charities.
For many of our members, participation at our gym is an entire family affair. For example, 3 days a week, 6-year-old Olivia learns valuable self defense techniques and continues to grow in strength and confidence, while her parents are working hard and staying in shape in the next room. Needless to say, our facilities are family friendly and our focus is on building community.
We have been in business for almost 6 years and have endured many ups and downs, but what has carried us through is the intense community that we have been able to foster among our members. We are more than a community. We are family.
As families tend to do, we are growing and are in need of more space, more equipment, and some overdue general maintenance. We are looking for Angel investors to come along side us in this growth process so we can continue to give our members the best service and experience possible.
