I am a budding real estate investor. I was an agent for 10 years and another 7 as an appraiser and also agent. So I have a lot of experience. I left the industry for a while, but now coming back as an investor.
I prefer to use my personal name than a company name to buy and sell real estate. It's less intimidating for homeowners.
What I do now is buying and reselling real estate. I've found that people always prefer cash and will give generous discounts for cash. Especially in one case, Trustee's Sale, you can only buy with cash or its equivalent, cashier's check.
This is a great industry. There is room for expansion. But I need a good start, and I need Angel's help with this deal.
