I am in the process of forming a non-profit service organization to meet the needs of elderly or disabled home-owners. I want to be able to provide a variety of low- or no-cost services including the following: minor house repairs, yard work, driving to Dr. appointments or other required errands, and other similar services. I want to be able to offer these services on a full-time basis, and be able to organize and schedule them by co-ordinating with local organizations such as senior centers, churches, etc. Realizing that most senior citizens are on a fixed income, I want to be able to offer these services based on what a person is able to pay, to allow them to retain their dignity and so they won't feel like it is "charity", but to also realize that what they are able to pay for these
