We would be a company started by women who would by these house for a profit take the equity out to build more profits, Then in return help single mothers and fathers and families without homes to get into this homes. And allow part of their rent to go towards the purchase of the home. They would also be required to donate some of their time within the company to help out in area good for them to help with the growth of the company and to help other like themselves get a home. So their donated time could be helping with in the offices, repairs of the homes, switching child care with another family so that they both benefit from not having to spend money they don't have on child care, etc.
