We are accredited brokers to all lenders major lenders in NZ. Our principle target market has the lowest homeownership percentage in NZ compared to other groups. Our research showed that this market segment had the highest "need and want" to own their own homes. They just did not know how to or were not financially savvy enough. We spent 3 months providing educational and advertorial content and information (which confused competitors), knowing that with knowledge and understanding, the fear they had would quickly disappear. The level of enquiries and amount of work we are starting to process has proven our marketing approach was right on the button.
