I am in the final stages of buying an existing LLC (Bar, billiards and night club) with a long time following. This place has Karaoke, pool leagues and tournaments, live DJ and live bands. The purchase includes the name and all equipment from the bar, pool tables, DJ equipment, kitchen equipment, ovens, tables, refrigeration units, coolers, TV’s and a 10’ projection screen and computer equipment. I have $30 k cash and I am in search of another $20-30 to finalize the deal, with payback within 12 months. This is something that needs to happen by week’s end of October 19, 2007. The buyer has one person standing in line behind me to purchase but is giving me one week to replace the funds that are needed.
