The project consists of two (2) Phases. First being the construction and opening of a grocery store to replace one of the three destroyed by Hurricane Rita and the building of an ice plant with 40 ton per day capacity to service the commercial fishing industry and oil field operations.
Phase Two: Building of fuel docks and convenience store at the docks.
We have land leases at two locations in place waiting to proceed.

We are looking for funding of $500K for Phase One and $500K for Phase Two.
