Description:
Me and my partner are note brokers. Our goal is to assist in the rehab of communities. We want to find an investor that would buy forclosed properties that will have a higher appraisal, owner finance them, and sell them out to the various financial institutions that we currently work with. The sales of the homes are guaranteed and will give the investor a good return. This program will benefit all who is part of it. We will be benefitting the community in many ways and hope that someone else will see our vision.
***In two weeks, an article will be placed in the REMINDER, a weekly newspaper serving Barry County, in which Hastings is part of. It will feature a photo of me and my partner standing in front of our first deal. We hope that we can find an investor soon enough so that they too can be featured in the article.
