We are an established business that has been operating for 2 yrs now and has generated a NET profit of 33% during that time. We operate in the Alternative Financial Services industry which represents a $321B industry. Our industry segment of focus is that of Buy Here, Pay Here car lots which is the largest segment in the industry representing 24% or $77B. The top ten competitors within this segment capture only 2% of the total market place. The current credit crunch is not only creating more target customers than ever before, but is also creating a much higher quality customer than in years past.
We are offering a 20% equity position in the company which represents a total amount of $5M in capital we are seeking. The transaction(s) are being handled via a 506 Offering Memorandum and requires a $22,730 minimum buy-in for investors or 100,000 shares at $0.2273 per share. The capital will be used to expand our current locations and pursue an aggressive, but measured growth with profits being reinvested into the company for a minimum of three years (generating a projected ROI of 202% to 338%) and up to five years (generating a projected ROI of 377% to 629%). We also plan to conduct audited financials to help position towards the possibility of an IPO after three years of operations to offer better liquidity options to our shareholders.
Our Executive management team consists of our CEO who was most recently the VP of Operations for a publicly traded company with projected revenues of $475M in 2008, our CFO who is a former VP for a bank which controlled over $125M in assets, and our CTE who was the former Senior Software Architect for EDS.
