Ford & Fairbanks Enterprises, Inc. is a CA s-corp in the process of developing a new style Mexican restaurant. Rather than the traditional mexican themed interior design, we are trying to develope a more eclectic and modern interior, yet still offering authentic Mexican cuisine. We are also planning to offer more than 100 premium 100% Agave Tequila's and only 100% Agave ( no blends). One of the biggest features will be a weekly Tequila school were the interested patron can learn the history, production processes and learn how to taste Tequila. We have brought together a 17 year restaurant owner, 21 yr corporate executive, 17 year chef and a 10 year marketing manager to develope and manage the restaurant and business.
