Infinity Recycling stands head and shoulders above our competitors because we stand on three Principals; Safety, Environment and Integrity. Without these we go nowhere.
Safety: There are many companies out there that are more worried about the bottom line and not the customer or the employees, (those employees that are the face of the company). Infinity Recycling understands that without our employees we do not have a company. We will be having monthly safety meetings for all employees; the company will provide safety equipment such as hard hats, steel toed boots, safety glasses, reflective uniforms, ear protection, gloves and barricade cones. We will be following any of the OSHA safety prescriptions.
Environment: As companies try to rush through a dismantling yard they don’t take into account the fluids that run out of the auto bodies being crushed, or the fact that a crusher has an open front to load from that debris and fluids will ‘squeeze’ out of with no real way to catch this lose. Infinity Recycling will be using an auto body logger that has a catch pan for any fluids also because it is a baler there is not an open spot for parts to pop out of, also for those yards that have a large amount of fluids left in the bodies we will be using a recovery system for collection of those environmental contaminations. This will reduce the amount of chemicals on the ground as well as out of the trailers where they can drip on the roadway or on other vehicles that we share the roadway with.
Integrity: A good working relationship with our customer is important for company growth. Our competitors fail to listen to the customer when they have a problem in their yard, it usually falls on the shoulders of the crew doing the work, when the employees are not treated well their attitude shows it in the job they do and the lack of respect toward the customer. Infinity Recycling will be run and operated by ex-employees of one of the above styled companies. The dismantling yards already know these men and like their attitudes and work ethics. These customers have asked these two men to start their own company so that they can get the service they expect.
Infinity Recycling is on the road to great achievement, we are already above any other company out there, or any company that would try to break into this field.
