I have been working on starting my own business for about 3 years now. I have spent more our and time than I can count exploring and investigating different businesses online and (URL removed) the most part they all failed because I had no capital to build them up or get them off the ground.
I have gotten scammed, lied to, mislead, etc.. and lost every penny that I had along the way and from my losses, investigations and experiences I came up with this idea. (I have another business idea as well, proposal and plan ready, however, I know that this business will be very (URL removed)ting it started and off the ground will not be that difficult if I can find an investor to help. This business, if done properly will be bringing in profit with 2 weeks to a month, possibly sooner if everything is done properly and it goes according to my plan.
This is the first business that I plan to start and launch, the other will follow later.
The basic idea is to create an 800/900 phone line and have a website "Entrepreneur info Hotline and (URL removed). The concept is to provide a wide variety of information regarding becoming an Entrepreneur, starting a business online or off,providing ratings on many of the different businesses available or profitable up and coming or already in existence. I will provide information on the different niches involved in some of the businesses that I have been involved with and investigated and do more investigating along the way. I will also report on scams, phony websites, businesses and what to look out for. I will also provide information on how to find investors for their businesses and rate the sites that provide the service of helping people reach or get their proposals and ideas in front of investors. I will investigate marketing companies for a variety of business ventures and provide information about what kind of companies to look for for each business. I will report on becoming a real estate investor and the different aspects and niches are worth getting into and which are more difficult to get involved in. I will let people know about all of the investor sites that I have dealt with and investigate the ones that I have not dealt with along the way and let them know about the scams and rip off sites or programs as well.
I will charge $3.99 per minute for the information through the 800/900 phone line/hotline and the duration per call can last as much as maybe 15-20 minutes, depending on what I'm covering and how much information I'm providing that day or week. I will update information every 3 days or so, so that people know that I am providing current, helpful information.
The website will be a membership website that I will charge somewhere between $60-$80 for a 3 month membership and probably make it $100 and run a new site sale or special to join for $70 for the first 3 months.
I will need to see about the amount of sign ups and traffic that I get to really be able to tell what I will be able to charge for the membership fee.
That is the general description of the business that I would like an investor to help me with. I will not require more than between $20,000-$30,000 to purchase the phone lines, have the website created and built professionally, market the business for a few months until I start bringing in enough profit to sustain myself, which I figure will not take more than approximately 3 months of an experienced marketing firm help.
