N8 Inc. is in the start-up phase of launching a Fine Dining Restaurant, Live Entertainment Venue, and Cabana Bar in the Historic Old City District of Downtown Knoxville, TN. We've already put a significant amount of money into the corporation for start-up and build out costs but we're looking for funding to finalize the phases of our project to start bringing in revenue. We have a business plan outlining the entire plan of the property, as well as, an initial phase 1 plan to help procure funds for the final phases.
This was once a booming area in the downtown Knoxville area and we'd like to make that a reality once again. Bringing focus back to the Old City and building up our community to make it something we are proud of is our goal.
