We have a funding approved scheduled to take place inside the next 45 days. I am in need of bridge funding of $150,000.00 for a 90 day period or less to place the desired resort property in escrow effectively removing the property from any possible buy out offers that could take place before we close on our startup (URL removed) have an exclusive contract on the property but we need funds to place it in Stewart Title escrow for 30-60 days until we close on the funding and then on the property. Its a 2 step funding and our approved funding is for a total of 17 million to begin sales and predevelopment for a solar powered green facility
