Right now, I am starting off by working with realtors and other investors as well as scouoting the southeastern Pennsylvania/Delaware area on my own (bird-dogging) to find available properties that offer great investment opportunities to either rehab and flip or assign contract purchases (wholesale) to other investors. It is my intent to raise capital by wholesaling these properties at first, then once profitable, I plan to build a portfolio of different levels of rental properties (basic, affordable to high-end) to provide retirement income and help others who wish to do the same. I was referred to this site by a coaching hotline staff member (whom I spoke with last evening) to help find cash buyers to add to my cash buyers list to get some business activity going ASAP.
