I have developed a website company which sets up small businesses with a mediation clause. In these upcoming economic times businesses are trying to cut expenses. Our service sets a company up so they can never be forced to hire an attorney or be brought into court, if any dispute arises in their business from customers, clients, employees or tenants. If the business wants to pursue a matter, they do not have to hire an attorney and go through a long court proceeding. The court systems of our nation are clogged with cases that would be better resolved at mediation. The benefit of mediation is that any dispute can be settled in one meeting, in a matter of weeks, and without the expense of attorneys, court costs and the year or two to complete a court case. Every court system has established a procedure to settle disputes that is faster, more efficient and costs less to both sides. The laws and our courts want people to use what they have set up to keep cases out of court to help with the heavy case loads. Our company simply gives the client the clause they need to have this protection and how to put it into their contract or work orders. We are set up to provide this service in all fifty states. We will charge $99.00 dollars for this service and all that it involves is emailing the information after the client pays. We are not making anything to so the fee is all profit. In the tough economic times ahead small businesses must cut costs in any way possible. My idea to start this business was in part because of the proliferation of legal matchmaking sites which attorneys are using to shake the trees via the internet to actively seek out clients. One website which launched in September of this year (URL removed) was in part my inspiration to launch my website. Attorneys are going to have to make money in these times ahead and some will take cases they might not have in better times. If you go to this website and go to all the media releases he put on his website no one agrees with his contention this will not lead to frivolous lawsuits. While our services will help small business in many ways to cut out legal expenses it would stop any attorney from bring our clients into court like hitting a brick wall at one hundred miles an hour. On his best day no attorney can bring one of our clients in to court over any dispute. The courts have provided the way to do this and people are not left without the protection of the court. The court will not interfere with the mediation process but will instantly step in to provide safeguard the process and step in quickly to insure the agreement is abided by.
