I have the opportunity to buy a flag hotel in the International drive area which has been in business since 2002. At the moment the hotel has net operating income of nearly $1.7 million.
I have 13 years experience in the hospitality and has wotk with brands such as Marriott, Radisson, Park Plaza, Holiday Inn , Embassy Suites and Hampton Inn. The property has the permits to expand its current room inventory.
