Our company was formed in 2008 after a Cat 4 hurricane devastated our country. Our team was formed of 6 multi-skilled and talented employees. Providing simple home plans to the finished product, including landscaping. To date, we have built, 8 private homes and renovated over 40 homes, 1 Church and a few apartments. Some major renovations included 3 of the more expensive homes on the island, ranging from full roof replacement, to landscaping- and everything in between. Recently, we have noticed the need for more affordable homes. That being, affordable to purchase and affordable to live in.
We are also one of the choice contractors in "crunch" time and "fine finish" work with the local Education system which has 4 schools, population of 600.
The island has a population of approx. 2000 people. This increases significantly during the winter months by about 15%.
