Description: How does a Fortune 500 company advertise to the whole world? INEOS, a European company just paid 217 million dollars to sponsor the British America's Cup sailboat team. It is hard to believe but true that it takes 15 super bowls to make one international yacht race in terms of cumulative TV audience. We are creating a new international yacht race called the CupRoyale, it will be the first powerboat race all the way around the world. It is one long race comprised of 30 smaller races. Money is made exactly the same way as the NFL makes money, selling TV & Media rights, sponsorships, and ticket sales. The global audience for this has the ability to be much larger than the NFL audience. The NFL sells their TV and media rights for eight billion dollars per year. Each team will be a franchise providing limited access to racing. Exclusivity makes the team value and the price of sponsorship increase exponentially. We already have our first sponsor signed up for $12 million. In addition to the $12 million we expect to spend another $10M in the first year creating the race. At this time, I am seeking to sell the last two blocks of $50K to finish off our seed round then we will begin a $10M round of funding, then a $30M round for a total of $40M.
