I am the owner of two companies in Serbia: Eurosolutions Ltd (Insurance Brokerage Company) est. 2009, and Pay World (Real Estate).
I am seeking investors for the real estate business which is dealing only with buying properties at public/court auctions and then selling these properties.
The business is extremely profitable, with profit rates of 30%-300% on a 3-4 months period. However, my current capital doesn't allow me to explore all interesting opportunities. We also have a small credit line with Unicredit Bank.
I can send all the documentation to serious investors.
My commission for potential investors is 30% on their part of the profit.
