Our company mainly deals with professional line servers, computers, notebooks and related products as per custom specifications, being built by branded companies. Comapny is a preferred partner of IBM /Lenovo, partner portal of HP and authorized reseller of Dell, Toshiba, ASUS , Sony etc. OS EDGE has added100% subsidiary companies in Hong Kong, UK, Netherlands and Australia
Customer base is in USA and several developing & underdeveloped countries. They are system integrators, telecom service providers, distributors, large resellers, software companies and corporate customers. The company is currently having the capability of generating revenue of approximately $1-2 Mn on a monthly basis. Growth potentials are extremely good. Large size customers expect the company to provide flexible payment terms. This will lead to much larger contracts. It will immediately provide better cash flow and help in faster growth. Generally all POs are non cancelable.
In order to fulfill such orders, company needs working capital to support purchase of goods and maintain some inventory on a regular basis. To begin with a credit line/ loan of amount of $250,000 -$750,000 at 30%-50% per annum (rate of return to the investor),will help accelerate sales from the day one. Over and above we are willing to offer bonus to the investor on achieveing certain milestones in sales.
Myself, had done my Electronics and communication engineering from India and had been in international operations, sales and mktg for over twenty years with Oki Electric, AT&T, Lucent technologies, Alcatel and T-Mobile in middle to senior management.
